During the period in 2021, I made a lot of sketches. The main characters in my paintings jumped around and danced.

Every piece is inspired by one particular song.

This piece is inspired by the song “Arco Iris”, created by the French musician Flavien Berger and featured Etienne Jaumet, a saxophonist, keyboardist, and sound engineer.

The series reached its peak by creating the background as some kind of universe, a perfect surrounding held in blue, completed with white spray can splashes. 

Lyrically the song describes in Spanish, how I was inspired by the song. The song describes colors, and what they do to music:

Dame color de músico [Give me the color of a musician]

Una gama de notas [A range of notes]

Sale del ordenador [Leave the computer]

Bellas cintas de colores [Beautiful colored ribbons]

Me enredan, S.O.S [They entangle me, S.O.S]

Morado y amarillo [Purple and yellow]

Llegan y se va el dolor [They come and the pain goes away]

En la pantalla se ven [You see it on the screen]
